On January 19, Theatre eXceptional lost a dear friend and talented performer Donny Syck. Donny joined Theatre eXceptional in 2017 and performed in Oliver!, Bye Bye Birdie, and Mary Poppins as well as numerous class showcases. His energy and enthusiasm for being on stage was infectious, and he will be dearly missed by his fellow cast mates and teachers.
In Donny's memory, Theatre eXceptional has started the Donny Syck Memorial Scholarship Fund to provide full scholarships to our performing arts training program for select new students. Help keep Donny's energy and enthusiasm for performing alive in the next generation of Theatre eXceptional Performers.
